I'm getting married in July and my fiance and I are looking for an apartment/mother-in-law suite, etc. for $1300/month or less. I teach at Philadelphia Classical School, so we'd like something within a 30-minute drive. We are both neat and quiet people whose idea of a fun night is reading a good book or watching a British baking show. My fiance is in a Master's program and is willing to tutor if that's something that could benefit your family. Also, I have a dog, Winston, who is quite gentle and quiet and loves people. I live in an apartment complex now and there have never been any complaints about him.
